Cancellation Policy

Please see below for the Drukair Ticket Cancellation policy

1. 75% refund permitted for tickets cancelled more than 30 days from the date of travel.
2. 50% refund permitted for tickets cancelled between 10 - 29 days from the date of travel.
3. 25% refund permitted for tickets cancelled between 4 - 9 days from the date of travel.
4. No refund permitted for tickets cancelled within 3 days from the date of travel.

There is an SGD 100 administration fee on each ticket cancelled.

• Unlimited date changes permitted, provided the ticket is valid and 4 days prior to the actual travel date. (Subject to flight and seat availability)
• Once the Rescheduled ticket is not permitted for refund, non-endorsable and non-transferable.
• Rescheduling of ticket 4 days prior to the date, there will be a fee of SGD 85 per ticket.
• All tickets issued are valid for one year from the date of travel.
• Name change not permitted. Tickets are non-transferable.
