Payment Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the online payment services ("Services") provided by AurionPro ("Provider") for processing payments made to Druk Asia Pte Ltd ("Merchant").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not access or use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. By using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. Merchant reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
2. Payment Processing
2.1. The Services enable you to make payments for services offered by Merchant through the Provider's payment gateway.
2.2. Payments made through the Services are subject to the terms and conditions of Merchant's sale, refund, and cancellation policies.
2.3. If you encounter a problem when you submit your payment, please do not submit the payment again. You can confirm whether your booking was successfully made by contacting us using the details in the end of the section of these terms
3. Payment Security
3.1. Provider utilizes industry-standard security protocols to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your payment information.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when making a transaction through the Services.
3.3. Provider shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of your payment information, except as expressly provided by applicable law.
4. Transaction Fees
4.1. Certain transactions made through the Services may be subject to transaction fees. You agree to pay any applicable fees as disclosed by the Merchant.
4.2. Merchant reserves the right to change the transaction fees at any time. Any changes to transaction fees will be stated to you in advance.
5. Refunds and Disputes
5.1. Refunds for payments made through the Services are subject to the refund policy of the Merchant.
5.2. In the event of a dispute regarding a payment made through the Services, you agree to contact the Merchant directly to resolve the issue.
5.3. Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method used in a charge. You can’t request to send a refund to a different destination, such as another card or bank account, unless the Merchant agrees otherwise.
5.4. In cases where a refund is processed in a currency different from the currency used for the original payment, foreign exchange fees may apply. These fees are determined by the financial institutions involved in the transaction and are beyond the control of the Provider and Merchant. You acknowledge and agree that any such foreign exchange fees incurred are your responsibility.
5.5. Refunds may take between 5-10 business days to process. The exact processing time may vary depending on factors such as the policies of the merchant, the payment method used, and the financial institutions involved.
5.6. The Provider and Merchant shall not be liable for any discrepancies in refund amounts caused by fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
